Sometimes you come upon a piece that just needs a little bit of TLC. Such is the case with this small vintage 3 drawer chest.

I had it pulled from the back of a storage unit where somehow while surrounded by a lot of other items, it called my name.

Maybe because I am a big fan of 3 drawer furniture. They are big enough to make their presence known in a room but small enough not to overwhelm it. Just the right size to tuck into a corner, in front of a window or if low enough even at the foot of the bed!

So needless to say when I saw this dusty piece I could see the possibilities.

1st things 1st it needed to hold its head up so I gave it some feet and highlighted them in gold! Thinking in a Boho vibe I not only adorned it with bright colors (DIY’s Marquee, Queen Bee, Salty Kiss and Sea Glass), but I added texture using a decor roller. Wow! What a transformation! I bottomed it off with Trimmings 1, Monarch and He Loves Me moulds by IOD!

Now we have our transformation!
